Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy Sessions:
1.1 Refunds are not available once a session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to discuss your experience.
1.2 Digital Products & Programs:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless the product is faulty, as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1.3 Refunds:
When applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

If we need to cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
